Executive Director
Kris Boban is the Executive Director of Sierra Oaks Assisted Living & Memory Care. Kris is the reason our communities are ran at a high standard. From ensuring our residents receive the best care possible, she also leads the staff and ensuring they are properly trained and following the regulations. Creating a home environment full of love and comfort, Kris goes above and beyond for our community. With her open door policy she creates and upholds our “Welcome Home” motto.

Andrew Cisneros serves as the Community Relations Director for Sierra Oaks, leading initiatives to strengthen community ties and enhance resident engagement.

Mindy Blanchard is our Assistant Director and Business Office Manager. From handling the payroll and new hires to account payable and receivable, Mindy is the one that can assist both residents and staff. When not at the desk you can find Mindy helping other departments and visiting with the residents.
